Our promise
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, reach out within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us at support@ducanta.com with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to send anything back.
Change of mind
If you'd simply like to return an item, get in touch within 30 days of delivery. Depending on the item, we may issue a refund or store credit without requiring it to be sent back, or provide return instructions if needed. We'll always explain the process clearly once we hear from you.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, opened or used personal care items (such as eye masks or cooling towels) can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
